The NRC, an acronym for the National Registration of Citizens, is an internationally-recognized, highly regarded database of all countries that are members of the European Union. This useful database records all details of citizens of those countries, from their names, addresses, and nationality to their opinions on a variety of political issues. This resource also provides data on local governments, but not public agencies. This means that public officials, if they reside in the country, will still be able to obtain information about the NRC database, but it may take longer, and they will not have access to all the records for that country.
